Working principle of ultrapure water machine
Tap water passes through a pre-treatment filter element to remove impurities, is desalinated and purified through a reverse osmosis device, and is stored in a water storage tank. The purification column is further desalted to obtain first-grade water or ultrapure water. UV sterilization or microfiltration and ultrafiltration can be added as needed. The filter element protects the reverse osmosis membrane. If it fails, the load will increase, the quality of pure water will decrease, the life of the purification column will be shortened, and the use cost will be increased.
